Ross Carey 
Company Director
Ross is a qualified Funeral Director with over 17 years experience and is passionate about his chosen career. Ross was born in Palmerston North, is married to Raewyn and they have five children. He is a member of BNI Palmerston North Chapter and also enjoys being involved with the Crossroads Church Community.

Ben McCreedy
Funeral Director
Ben is a funeral director and qualified embalmer with 12 years experience in the funeral industry. Returning to the Lychway, Ben is married with four young daughters. Current interests centre around a busy family life.

Sharon Bower 
Administrative Manager
Sharon has been involved with the funeral industry for over 29 years and has an extensive knowledge based on her experience. She has lived in Palmerston North for 42 years. Sharon has two adult children and three grandchildren, enjoys walking, reading, spending time with friends and is also passionate about her animals - three dogs and two cats.
